FormCARE is built for the PDPA: it keeps consent records, retention rules, an audit log and erasure requests. The organisation using FormCARE stays responsible for how it uses personal data.

Where does FormCARE store response data?

FormCARE hosts its response database in Singapore, and uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Responses can be exported to CSV or Excel, or read through the REST API.
